  • My Coaching Style

I'm a very energetic, happy and supportive coach who takes the time to find out how to best motivate you to reach your goals. Being a drill-sergeant-type-coach has never been my style of teaching. I do not yell to motivate you. I understand that a journey to better health and fitness has its ups-and-downs - my goal is to be your go-to person when you have questions, concerns and slumps, as well as the person you celebrate accomplishments and victories with!

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced when it comes to lifting weights, you’re in good hands with me. I’ll teach you everything there is to know, from handling a barbell to completing a lift correctly and safely.

My clients know me for my attention to proper technique and safety. Remaining injury-free will be better for your workouts and quality of life.

Three words that my clients use to describe me most: kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
