1-on-1 Personal Training

"I want to learn to lift weights, but I don't know what to do... so I end up on the treadmill when I go to the gym."

"My lower back hurts when I do this exercise. Is my form right?"

"I want to get stronger but I have no idea how many sets or reps to do for a workout."

If you've asked yourself any of these questions, one-on-one sessions are right for you. During our sessions, my focus is on educating and teaching you everything you need to know about working out safely, with proper form, while you get stronger and healthier.
 
 

2-on-1 Personal Training

Working out with your partner, sibling, or best friend will keep you accountable - you have to show up and bring your best! You'll push each other past your comfort zones and get stronger, whether you're both training towards the same goal, or looking for a fun way to spend time together.
 
 

Small Group Training

Sessions are every Monday & Thursday from 12:15pm - 1:15pm, and Wednesday from 9:00am-10:00am.

Many of my clients love this option as they receive the benefits of a personal training session with a community feel!
(Max of 4 people per session)

Session times must be booked in advance (no walk-ins).
 
 

Drop-In/Check-In Session

If you are already doing your workouts at home, but need an occassional visit to go over form, technique, and progressions to the next step - this option is perfect for you. Available on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, as requested.
